How it works
From a new club to a confirmed outing
Every step below is a real flow in the app.
1. Create a private club
Verify your email, name the club, choose its time zone (Europe/London by default) and the current term. You become the owner and head coach.
2. Save what you reuse
Add locations with meeting points, boats, squads and crews, and favourites such as “M2 – Sandford”. Archived items disappear from new forms but stay attached to history.
3. Bring people in
Send email invitations with an intended role, or share your join page. Requests stay pending — with no access to rosters or schedules — until staff approve them. Asking to be a coach never grants coaching permissions by itself.
4. Publish sessions
Choose open booking for recruitment, or assigned places for crews. Publishing asks each selected person to reply Going, Can’t attend or Not sure, and asks coaches and coxes to accept.
5. Resolve, then confirm
The command centre shows each unresolved item. When everything is in place, the head coach reviews the plan and confirms that revision. Planning confirmation is not a safety clearance: the cox and coach still assess conditions on the day.
6. Record what happened
After the session, mark the expected lineup present, adjust exceptions and finalise. Reports use only what staff recorded.
